When using the Digital Maturity Diagnostic, your answers are temporarily stored in your browser (sessionStorage) to preserve your results during your visit. This data remains on your device and is never sent to our servers unless you choose to request a callback from the results page.
2. Data Usage
Data collected through our forms is used solely to respond to your request and within the framework of the commercial relationship that may result. Diagnostic results submitted with a callback request allow us to prepare a personalized exchange. We never sell your data. Unless you have refused advertising measurement, the email address, phone number, first name and last name entered in the contact form are sent to OpenAI (United States) as a SHA-256 hash computed in your browser, solely to measure requests coming from our ads in ChatGPT.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
Advertising measurement (OpenAI Ads) is active by default: its cookies tell us whether a visit or a contact request follows an ad. You can refuse it in the banner or at any time with the button below: your refusal is remembered and advertising measurement stops. Audience measurement (Google Analytics) only sets its cookies with your consent. The Digital Maturity Diagnostic uses your browser's sessionStorage to retain your answers for the duration of your session. This data is automatically deleted when you close the tab or browser.
